Introduction to geophysical techniques and their application to geological investigation of the subsurface at a variety of scales. Computer applications, hands-on field training and lectures provide insight into the principles of seismic, gravity, magnetic and other key geophysical methods. Letter grade only. Prerequisites: MATH030 PO and one introductory geology course.
